We do not have the source code — now what?+

We first check whether the running code can be recovered from the server; in most web applications it can. If not, we recover the data and plan a rebuild.

Will we need downtime?+

The goal is zero downtime: the new environment is built in parallel, verified, then switched via DNS, keeping rollback possible.
