We do not quote without knowing the scope. Discovery is a deliverable in itself — the prototype, architecture and roadmap stay with you even if you stop there.
Scope and acceptance criteria are written at the start of each phase. Out-of-scope requests are priced separately through a change request.
For every module, “how do we know it is done” is answered in the contract.
We start with a limited user group, fix what real usage reveals, then roll out.
Monitoring, backups and maintenance continue after go-live. We run our own products on the same infrastructure.
