Convexa Mobile is a mobile application for WhatsApp Business messaging management. The application enables businesses to communicate with their customers via WhatsApp Business API, manage messages, and perform automation.

2. Subscription Terms
2.1 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You will be charged at the end of the current period unless canceled
- You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance
- Uncanceled subscriptions continue under the same terms

Price Changes:
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Current subscribers are not affected by price changes
- New pricing applies only to new subscriptions
2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation is done through iOS Settings → Subscriptions
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period
- Refund policy is subject to Apple's standard refund policy
- For refund requests, contact Apple Store
- No partial period refunds
Important Refund Notice
Refunds can only be made under Apple's terms and through the Apple Store. Unique Game Studio does not process refunds directly.
3. Terms of Use
3.1 Acceptable Use
- Must comply with WhatsApp Business API terms of use
- Must be used for legal purposes
- WhatsApp Business account required for commercial use
- Customer consent must be obtained for messaging
3.2 Prohibited Uses
- Spam/spam-like use is prohibited
- Sharing illegal content is prohibited
- Harassing or offensive content cannot be sent
- Unauthorized marketing messages cannot be sent
- Abuse of automation is prohibited
- Violation of third-party rights is prohibited
3.3 Account Responsibility
- User is responsible for account security
- Login credentials must be kept confidential
- Unauthorized access must be reported immediately
- User is responsible for all activities on the account
4. Disclaimer
4.1 Service "As Is"
- Service is provided without any warranty
- No uninterrupted service guarantee
- No error-free operation guarantee
- Use at your own risk
4.2 Third Party Services
- We are not responsible for WhatsApp API interruptions
- We are not responsible for Meta (WhatsApp) policy changes
- We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions
- User is responsible for API rate limit overages
4.3 Data Loss
We do not accept responsibility for data loss, corruption, or deletion. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
- Regular backup is user's responsibility
- No data recovery guarantee
- Regular data export is recommended
4.4 Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- We are not liable for business or revenue loss
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- No compensation unless legally required
6. Changes to Terms
Unique Game Studio reserves the right to change these terms of service without prior notice.
Notification:
- Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification
- Major changes will be notified by email
- Changes take effect immediately upon publication
- Users are responsible for regularly reviewing changes
6.1 Acceptance of Changes
- Continued use of the app means acceptance of changes
- If you do not accept changes, you can cancel your subscription
- Major changes will be notified 30 days in advance
7. Account Termination
7.1 User Termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation is done through iOS Settings → Subscriptions
- Access ends at the end of the current period after cancellation
7.2 Company Termination
Unique Game Studio has the right to terminate your account immediately in the following cases:
- Violation of terms of service
- Illegal activity
- Service abuse
- Non-payment (for payment plans)
- Fraud or false information
7.3 Data After Termination
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days after account termination
- Export your data before termination is recommended
- Backups will also be permanently deleted
- Some data may be retained longer for legal requirements
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Jurisdiction:
- Istanbul (Turkey) courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction
- All disputes are resolved under Turkish law
- Official language is Turkish
9. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the application, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of service.
Important Warning
If you do not accept this policy, please stop using the application. Continuing to use the application means you accept all terms of this privacy policy.
