Sprout Sort Kullanım Şartları

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and UNIQUE GAME STUDIO ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Sprout Sort game and any related services (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device that you own or control, as permitted by the rules of the App Store / Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, sell, or distribute the Game or create derivative works from it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Game. If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

  • The Game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. gold packs, "Remove Ads", and a starter pack).
  • All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
  • Virtual items and in-game currency (such as gold) have no monetary value, are licensed not sold, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable.
  • Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — please contact them.
  • "Remove Ads" and non-consumable items can be restored on the same store account.
  • Prices are shown by the store in your local currency and may change over time.

4. Advertising

The free version of the Game displays advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads) provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Your use of ads and any data involved is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: cheat, use bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; tamper with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers; disrupt other players; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, art, characters, music, and trademarks, is owned by UNIQUE GAME STUDIO and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

7. Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any feature, including virtual items) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee the Game will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIQUE GAME STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

11. Apple & Google App Store Terms

If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

  • These Terms are between you and UNIQUE GAME STUDIO only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
  • In case of any failure of the Game to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the Game.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game (including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims).
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • You confirm you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. restricted parties list.

If you obtained the Game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version, and continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Sprout Sort oyununu ve ilgili hizmetleri ("Oyun") kullanımınızı düzenleyen, sizinle UNIQUE GAME STUDIO ("biz") arasındaki yasal bir sözleşmedir. Oyunu indirerek, kurarak veya oynayarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyunu kullanmayın.

1. Lisans

Oyunu, App Store / Google Play kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüde, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz bir cihazda kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla indirip kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kaynak koda dönüştüremez, kiralayamaz, satamaz veya dağıtamaz ve türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.

2. Uygunluk

Oyunu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizde gereken asgari yaşta) olmalısınız. Reşit değilseniz, ebeveyninizin veya yasal vasinizin bu Şartları incelediğini ve kabul ettiğini beyan edersiniz.

3. Uygulama-İçi Satın Almalar ve Sanal Ürünler

  • Oyun ücretsiz indirilir ve isteğe bağlı uygulama-içi satın almalar sunar (altın paketleri, "Reklamsız" ve başlangıç paketi gibi).
  • Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi almaz veya saklamayız.
  • Sanal ürünlerin ve oyun-içi para biriminin (altın gibi) parasal değeri yoktur; satılmaz, lisanslanır; gerçek paraya çevrilemez ve devredilemez.
  • Satın almalar, yasanın gerektirdiği durumlar dışında genellikle kesindir ve iade edilemez. İade talepleri, kendi politikaları kapsamında Apple veya Google tarafından ele alınır — lütfen onlarla iletişime geçin.
  • "Reklamsız" ve tüketilemez (non-consumable) ürünler aynı mağaza hesabında geri yüklenebilir.
  • Fiyatlar mağaza tarafından yerel para biriminizde gösterilir ve zamanla değişebilir.

4. Reklamlar

Oyunun ücretsiz sürümü, Google AdMob ve mediation ortakları tarafından sağlanan reklamları (ödüllü ve geçiş reklamları dâhil) gösterir. Reklamlarla ilgili veri kullanımı ayrıca Gizlilik Politikamız ile düzenlenir.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: hile yapmak, bot/exploit veya yetkisiz üçüncü-taraf yazılım kullanmak; Oyuna veya sunucularına müdahale etmek ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak; diğer oyuncuları rahatsız etmek; veya Oyunu herhangi bir yasa dışı amaçla kullanmak.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Oyun; kodu, görselleri, karakterleri, müziği ve ticari markaları dâhil olmak üzere UNIQUE GAME STUDIO'ya aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Size açıkça verilmeyen tüm haklar saklıdır.

7. Güncellemeler ve Erişilebilirlik

Oyunu (veya sanal ürünler dâhil herhangi bir özelliği) herhangi bir zamanda, bildirimli veya bildirimsiz güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz. Oyunun her zaman erişilebilir veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.

8. Garanti Reddi

Oyun, yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" sunulur; satılabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme garantileri dâhil.

9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, UNIQUE GAME STUDIO; Oyunu kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan ya da veri/kâr kaybından sorumlu olmayacaktır. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarı (varsa) aşmaz.

10. Fesih

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde Oyuna erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Oyunu silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Niteliği gereği fesihten sonra da geçerli kalması gereken bölümler (ör. fikri mülkiyet, garanti reddi, sorumluluk) uygulanmaya devam eder.

11. Apple ve Google App Store Şartları

Oyunu Apple App Store'dan edindiyseniz ayrıca şunlar geçerlidir:

  • Bu Şartlar yalnızca sizinle UNIQUE GAME STUDIO arasındadır, Apple ile değil. Apple, Oyundan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
  • Apple'ın Oyun için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
  • Oyunun herhangi bir garantiye uymaması hâlinde Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın Oyunla ilgili başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
  • Apple, Oyunla ilgili herhangi bir talebi (ürün sorumluluğu, yasal/düzenleyici uyum veya tüketici koruma talepleri dâhil) ele almaktan sorumlu değildir.
  • Apple ve iştirakleri bu Şartların üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve Şartları size karşı uygulayabilir.
  • ABD ambargosu uygulanan bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve herhangi bir ABD kısıtlı taraflar listesinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

Oyunu Google Play'den edindiyseniz Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.

12. Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi en güncel sürümü yansıtır ve değişikliklerden sonra Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

13. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Şartlar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma yasalarının uygulandığı durumlar hariç, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
