Brew Blast: Coffee Merge is a casual game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information that directly identifies you (such as your name or email) within the Game. To keep the Game free, show advertising, send notifications, and understand how the Game is used, we and our trusted third-party partners process certain device and usage information as described below.
Your game progress and preferences — such as high scores, your coffee collection, achievements, and sound settings — are saved locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Removing the Game deletes this local data.
The Game uses Google AdMob for advertising, together with mediation partners that may compete to serve ads ("bidding"). These partners may collect and process device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads. We also use analytics, push messaging, and attribution services. These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they process your information.
Where required (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your consent choices at any time from the Game's privacy/consent options where available.
On iOS, the Game will ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings: Android — Settings → Google → Ads; iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
You can enable or disable push notifications at any time in your device's notification settings for the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Where the GDPR applies, we process information based on: your consent (for example, personalized advertising and analytics where consent is required); our legitimate interests (for example, securing and improving the Game, non-personalized advertising, and fraud prevention); and compliance with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell your personal information for money. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by third-party providers is retained according to their own policies.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are applied.
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated within the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
